How Do I Order?

  1. Order a Sizing Kit – This ensures the perfect fit for your nails.
  2. Determine Your Nail Sizes & Shape – Once you receive your sizing kit, measure your nails accordingly.
  3. Place Your Order – Message me on Instagram (@klawzbyvee) with:
    • Your design request (include any pictures or drawings)
    • Your nail shape & sizes
    • Your base color preference

📌 Solid color sets and sizing kits are always available in unlimited quantities unless otherwise stated.

How Do I Know My Nail Size?

  • Sizing kits are required for all new customers.
  • Each kit includes one nail of every size for your selected shape.
  • Different shapes have different sizing, so make sure to measure carefully on your natural nails.

How Do I Apply My Nails?

You have two application options:

1. Liquid Glue (Long-Lasting, 14+ Days)

  • Provides a secure hold.
  • Full instructions included in your application kit.

2. Temporary Glue Tabs (Short-Term, 1-3 Days)

  • Ideal for quick, temporary wear.
  • Follow the same prep steps as liquid glue, but use the correct glue tab size instead.

How Do I Remove My Press-On Nails?

  • If using liquid glue: Nails are designed to last at least 2 weeks. Do not attempt removal before 10 days to avoid damage.
  • If using temporary glue tabs: Soak in warm water with oil for safe removal.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Nails?

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days (longer during high-volume times).
  • Shipping Time: Varies by location (U.S. orders only).
  • Total Processing & Shipping Estimate: ~7 business days.
  • Tracking Number: Provided once your order ships.

Yes! Every order includes a complimentary application kit, which contains:

What Are the Nails Made Of?

All Klawz By Vee nails are crafted from 100% soft gel materials for durability and a salon-quality finish.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., U.S. territories, and military bases. We are working on international shipping in the future!

How Long Do My Nails Last? Are They Reusable?

  • With proper prep and liquid glue application, nails last 14+ days.
  • Reusable up to 5 times with proper removal and care.

What If My Sizing Kit Nails Don’t Fit?

  • Everyone’s nails are unique! I offer customization options to ensure a better fit.
  • If you have clubbed nail beds or severely downturned nails, press-on nails may not be the best option for you.

When Will I Get My Order?

  • All press-on sets, shape finder kits, and sizing kits are handmade.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.
  • Tracking numbers will update once USPS scans your package into their system.
