We proudly ship Klawz By Vee nails to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays).
Standard processing time: 5-7 business days.
High-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday): Processing may take 7-10 business days.
All orders ship from Pasadena, CA via USPS.
USPS deliveries occur Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 1 business day for tracking updates from the carrier.

Sizing

Ensuring the correct nail size is your responsibility.

Please purchase a sizing kit in your desired shape and length before ordering a custom set.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for incorrect sizing.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products:

No returns or exchanges are accepted.
No refunds will be issued for sizing errors.
No refunds will be issued for lost or undelivered packages. Please contact USPS for shipping-related issues.

Lost or Damaged Nails

If you lose or damage a nail, replacement nails are available for $5 each.

Payments & Order Changes

Payment is due upon order confirmation.
Once payment is received, no changes can be made. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
